• Foundation work - With our experienced in house ground works teams we are able to carry out all types of excavation and foundation works to the required specification.

• Conversion / Basement  - If you need extra space or to convert/ extend what you have we can help, with our trained operatives/ tradesmen who are registered with the appropriate governing body.

• Decorating - This is carried out by our in-house decorators whether it be just painting or wallpapering as well we will provide the finish that you require. We use our own access equipment and fully qualified PASMA/ IPAF operatives depending on the site specific requirements.

• Plumbing -  Underfloor heating, new boiler, able to use more than one shower without losing pressure - all of this and more is achievable with our Gas safe plumbers on hand along with our experienced PM to Make sure you get what you want.

• Brickwork - Our team of experienced bricklayers are quick, clean and their work is of the upmost quality. We pride ourselves on leaving the site clean every night. Whether it be brickwork or block and render you can be sure of a excellent job. We can also liaise with all stakeholders to ensure everyone involved has visibility of how the work will take place and has an understanding of exactly how things will happen with the minimum of disruption.

• Roofing - We can offer preformed or on site built depending on the site conditions and which is more economically viable. Design can be supplied and agreed on a case by case basis. ​​​

• Rendering - This can be applied to the whole house or just the extension to the clients specification and finish. Scaffolding to carry out this work can also be supplied through our long established partners.

• Renovation - Once you move inside we are also able to offer help with all of the above to make sure the finished quality is exactly what you require and we work with valued suppliers so can offer trade discounts on flooring and kitchen supply.

• Electrical - Work with us to design your own bespoke lighting, sound security requirements with our fully qualified electricians.

•  Windows/ bi folding doors - Working closely with OL Project Managers you can specify your own size, colour and material. Our lead times are 10 working days to and we can fit the subsequent week.

• Supply of granite worktops etc - This is a specialist job so in this area we have designated operative who only a work with granite supplying and fitting to the highest standard.
